Granting Portal Access to your Customers

When logged in with an MSP account, you have the option grant access to the CMC to your customers.
Doing this will allow your customers to monitor and manage their own Altaro installations and hosts using their own login credentials.

To grant a customer access to the portal, go to the Customers menu and click the Portal Access button.

When prompted, enter the e-mail address of the customer you wish to grant access to, and click Grant Access.

They will then automatically receive an email with further instructions on how to set up their password and login to the CMC.
